This works just like the Call of Duty 4 Deep Impact perk.

Akimbo
Allows you to wield two weapons at once, one in each hand. You can't aim down on the iron sights, which reduces your accuracy.
This attachment is extremely deadly in close range firefights.

DESERT EAGLE: Marksman II - Get 50 kills with this weapon.
Tactical Knife
Makes you hold your knife under your handgun. This allows you to melee twice as fast.

DESERT EAGLE: Marksman III - Get 100 kills with this weapon.
